I’ve always had a positive experience with Rural sanitation! I’ve always been able to get a next day appointment. Additionally, Luke is prompt, professional, and goes above and beyond answering all of my questions. He does his job well do and never leaves a mess. And to top it all, they are very reasonable!

7/11/24 - Luke came out to our property in Dodge County and did our septic tank pumping. To say the least, he went well above and beyond in explaining the system to me, showing me every detail, inspecting the entire system for issues, and making educated recommendations to keep the system running properly. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and I am extremely glad we chose Rural Sanitation for this service. After trying for 3 weeks to get another septic company to come to service our septic I called Rural Sanitation. They were here the next day. Kyle answered all our questions and was so helpful when explaining our septic and how it works to us. After this awesome experience with Rural Sanitation, we will always be using them. Always outstanding service and friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure we are never inconvenienced by a holding tank emergency. Recently, when our alarm went off late Friday afternoon, Rural Sanitation was there first thing Saturday morning! They go above and beyond looking after us. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GREAT service! I received an appointment right away. On the phone they explained what the county regulations require for my septic system. In person, Luke explained all of the details of what he was doing and answered every question I asked. He was very polite and knowledgable. I would defintely recommend.

My septic lift pump failed and I thought I should pump my tanks so nothing would back up when I break the seal on the lift pump! The young man that showed up and could tell my tanks did not need it! But he suggested sucking out the lines just to make sure there wasn't an obstruction! Not only did it save me money I appreciated his honestly! Thank you very much! He should get a raise!!!!
