Well cap and gasket condition
Well and pump operation

Collection of water samples and tested in state certified lab. Standard tests include Coliform and e-coli bacteria, Nitrate, and Arsenic

Septic Inspections
Inspection of proper operation, condition, and levels of tank and systems
Tanks, Baffles, Filters, Floats, Pumps, Wiring are inspected.
Tank alarms are tested for operation.
Flow and Dose testing of drain-field.
Inspection of sanitary hazards such as:
Surface Discharge
Wastewater backing up into home or tank.
Dye testing will be done if needed.
